Situated within a Biotech Campus in Southern Greece, the development uniquely occupies the threshold between the cutting-edge, innovation driven context of a 21st century biotech campus and the surrounding rural context of Lechaion, characterised by expansive citrus orchards, olive groves and vineyards.
The scheme adapts an urban block typology into its rural context, employing natural materials, creating covered outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces, framed views to the surrounding fields & access to shared green spaces. It is comprised of two distinct blocks in an "L" formation, adjacent to a communal olive grove: A commercial/retail plinth topped off with an apartment block, featuring protected teracces within the building volume and a linear block of semi detached houses.
